Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please allow additional time during high-volume periods or for custom/large orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at SolidSpout@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Freight & Large Orders
